Immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms while flowing through dynamic yoga sequences that celebrate the strength, grace, and resilience of women. Each session combines movement, music, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your inner power, release stress, and cultivate a sense of joy and community.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, joining us will leave you feeling energized, uplifted, and ready to embrace your authentic self. Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat and water. There will be a few extra mats on a first come first serve availability.
